WorldBridge Outsourcing Solutions Co. Ltd offer 24/7 Call center services including in-bound calls, out-bound calls, data entry/ scanning, data center services, etc. Now we are seeking the position recruitment manager base in Phnom Penh.
Job Responsibilities:
• Make sure has enough qualified staffs to support its operations
• Make job analysis for each position
• Design and update recruitment procedure
• Develop recruitment plan and recruitment strategy
• Work closely with recruitment agencies
• Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance
• Manage recruitment process appropriately
• Keep applicant's profiles and data
• Support and cooperate closely with HRM
• Manage job announcement
Job Requirement:
• Bachelor degree in management or related fields
• Have at least two years of experience in recruitment
• Good English proficiency
• Good at decision making
• Computer skills (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and E-Mail
• Good at communication and team work
• Good leadership and management
